Why I Started Thrive in Your Role

I have.
In my own career journey in hospitality, I received recognition and positive feedback, but I wasn’t fulfilled. I knew I had more to offer — I just wasn’t clear on what that looked like or where my strengths could take me.
So I started asking deeper questions.
What am I truly good at? What gives me purpose? And what could I build with the strengths I already have?
That journey led to Thrive in Your Role.
I created this space for professionals who know they have potential, but feel stuck, undervalued, or uncertain about what comes next.
Because sometimes, the answer isn’t starting over.
Sometimes, it’s seeing yourself, your strengths, and your possibilities differently.
